Major Update: Continuum 93 is Now Open Source!
Continuum 93 » Devlog
Hello Continuum 93 Community!
We have a massive update for the project: the full source code for the Continuum 93 fantasy computer emulator is now freely available and open source under the permissive MIT license!
This transition is a major step toward longevity, transparency, and community-driven development. By opening the source, we are inviting developers, enthusiasts, and students to:
- Contribute: Fix bugs, add features, and propose improvements to the emulator core.
- Port: Help us bring Continuum 93 to new platforms not currently supported.
- Learn: Study the inner workings of a complete retro computer emulation, from the custom assembly CPU to the layered video pipeline.
This is your chance to look under the hood of a machine inspired by the Amiga, ZX Spectrum, and NES, but built with modern C# and MonoGame architecture.
Where to Find the Code
- View the Source Code (GitHub): https://github.com/EnthusiastGuy/Continuum-93
- Join the Discussion (Discord):https://discord.gg/6AYkhnzxD9 (For more in-depth technical discussion and news!)
Thank you for your support. We look forward to seeing what the community builds!
